FAQ's:
When will my card be charged each month?
You will first be charged on the day you subscribe and then on the 5th of each future month (ie you will be charged on June 5th for July bows).  All edits and cancellations to subscriptions must be done before the 5th of each month.
 
When will I receive my subscription each month?
You will receive your subscription the first week of each month.
 
Can I choose the bows in my subscription?
You don't get to choose the bows in your subscription but we do reveal the full month's set before the 20th of each month on our Instagram. Every month is an Adventure!
 
Can I return the bows if I don't like them?
We do not accept any return or exchanges for our subscription bows.
 
How much is shipping for the subscription?
As with our Modern Piggy shop we offer free shipping on all orders. You are welcome!
 
Will I be able to preview the bows before they arrive to me?
Yes, be sure to follow us on Instagram for sneak peeks. The full month's set will be revealed before the 20th of each month.
 
Will any of the Adventure bows be available for purchase in your Modern Piggy shop?
No, all Adventure bows are exclusive to subscribers. We will never have the same bow available in both shops.
 
Subscription Updates:
How do I swap my subscription from a headband to a clip?
Note: You must update your preference before the 5th of the month to have it be effective for that month.
1. Click on 'Account' at the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click on 'Manage Subscription' on the left side of the screen below your address.
3. Click on 'Manage' and choose 'Swap Product' from the drop down menu.
4. Click on the two arrows below 'Manage' and choose your new product.
5. Click 'Yes, swap product' and your changes have been saved for future billing cycles.
 
Can I put my subscription on hold or skip a month?
Yes, if you just want to pause your subscription for a month rather than cancelling it you can do that.

*NOTE: Please remember we charge cards on the 5th of the month prior. So skipping the 11/5 charge will skip December bows, skipping the 12/5 charge will skip January bows, etc.
1. Click on 'Account' at the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click on 'Manage Subscription' on the left side of the screen below your address.
3. Click on the subscription your would like to put on hold.
4. Under 'Action' click 'Skip Shipment' for the month you want to skip.
 
How do I cancel my subscription?
Please note cancelling your subscription will only cancel for future months. If your card has already been charged you will receive one more month of bows.
1. Click on 'Account' at the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click on 'Manage Subscription' on the left side of the screen below your address.
3. Click on 'Manage' and choose 'Cancel Order' from the drop down menu.
4. Choose your reason for leaving and click 'Submit.

How do I change my billing info or shipping address?

(*Please note you must update your shipping address before the 5th of the month for it to take affect for the current month. If your card has already been charged for the month you must email us to manually update your address for the month.)
